I love this work, but why do the dolls cost so much money?

Our pricing reflects our commitment to using the highest quality, natural, and durable materials, while ensuring living wages for the skilled artisans who bring Lela to life.

For the premium packages and custom outfit options, how will I know which dress design I will receive?

You can either contact us ahead of time at info@leladolls.com to determine which textiles we have on hand, or we will reach out to confirm what’s available once you order your Lela Doll.

How long will it take to receive my dolls?

For the holiday season, custom order packages ship in 2-3 weeks. Ready to order packages ship in 2 weeks.

What is the return policy?

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the purchase date. Returns requested beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted. 

What makes for an eligible return?

Lela dolls are uniquely handmade, and slight variations in features such as head size, hair volume, eye shape, and body structure are to be expected. These characteristics highlight their individuality and make each doll special. Therefore, these differences are not valid reasons for a return.

In order to be eligible for a return, Dolls must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Dolls that have been played with, damaged, or are not in resalable condition will not be refunded.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns.

What is the process for returning a Lela doll?

Contact us at info@leladolls.com to initiate a return and your reason why. Once the doll is received and reviewed, a refund will be processed if necessary conditions are met.

Please avoid impulse buying and make a mindful purchase decision. We are a very small business and run a tight ship and returns sent back are hard on us. Please ensure you truly want a Lela doll before making your purchase.
